Printing History


The ancient Egyptians invented paper. Paper is made of a kind of plant called papyrus that grows along the Nile. They write on papyrus this. Asian small hardened clay used to carve the message. Roughly the 15th century the writing was done in Europe with the hands above the skin sheets. The first paper was found in China in the second century. Several hundred years later they started printing using wooden beams.

Of wood people move to the iron and created the first printing press in Germany by Johann Gutenberg. He uses the machine to print the Gospel in the year 1455. Muslim holy book, the Qur'an was first is also written on the skins of animals such as goats and cows, then made the codex form of book diremikan at the time of Caliph Uthman, approximately in the 7th century.


Jobs with the first printing press was very slow and sluggish, because everything is done by hand. With the printing equipment, the science quickly circulated on this earth.
